The cleanse is off...and I don't mean "off and running".
Lesson 1
Do not drink tea...with green tea...that means caffeine.
Lesson 2
Do not drink said tea at 5:00 pm.
Lesson 3
If you drink said tea at 5:00 pm you will be awake until 2:00 am. Not the shaking awake, just a nice, even, mellow, check the alarm clock every 1/2 hour...awake.
Lesson 4
Have yet to see if the tea actually cleanses.
Tip
If you are desperate or foolish enough to try a Chinese "Tea" to cleanse, be sure to drink the tea at 5:00 am. You might as well experience the awakening side effects while you're supposed to be awake.

oh I hate those, up till 2, checking the clock every 15 min., nights....so sorry. The worst part, you never have the chance to get caught up on that missed sleep.
