That is the worst nightmare ever! We had that same thing happen to us just shortly after moving into our home and having brand new carpet. (well not exactly the same but we had some major water damage from water coming from upstairs to the downstairs level through the ceiling.) Ours fortunately didn&#39;t happen before Christmas but waited until New Year&#39;s Eve. <br />Cheryl I am so so so sorry.
